The Nike Kobe 5 Protro PE ¡°PJ Tucker¡± is Kobe Bryant¡¯s popular fifth signature performance Nike Basketball shoe dressed in a player exclusive colorway for PJ Tucker. As the NBA¡¯s reigning footwear king, Tucker has worn practically every coveted basketball shoe, performance based or otherwise, at one point or another during his long playing career. Now, he receives a multicolor design on one of his favorite models to hoop in, the Nike Kobe 5 Protro. The upper displays bold red mesh detailing on the collar and heel. Dark grey reptilian patterns are located on both the mid-panel and perforated toe. A contrasting University Blue toe cap adds a pop of color to the front of the shoe. Other details of note include Sail overlays on the forefoot and eyelets, a dotted cream Swoosh on either side, and neon green cotton shoelaces against the white mesh tongue. The purple liner stands out against the black TPU clip with Bryant¡¯s signature. Zoom Air technology is incorporated into the foam midsole for superior comfort whether on or off court.
